Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing the uptake of innovative sutures, focusing on orthopaedic procedures, and providing in-person product demonstrations and support to surgeons and theatre teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product demonstrations and support to surgeons and theatre teams
- Increase the uptake of innovative sutures, focusing on orthopaedic procedures
- Work collaboratively with the territory team to achieve sales targets
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Experience of working in the operating theatre environment in a similar product sales or clinical support role in Italy
- Prior orthopaedic procedure knowledge and working relationships would be beneficial
- Good understanding of the local healthcare market
- Outstanding communication and engagement skills, with a persistent, target-focused, self-motivated approach
- Nursing qualification, or University degree (or equivalent) in healthcare, marketing, or a related discipline
- Eligible to work in this country full-time
- Fluency in local language and English are essential (as training will be delivered in English)
- Full EU driving license holder with the willingness to travel within your allocated region as required
