About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Competitive Sales Specialist to join our team in Italy, Emilia Romagna area. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting our wide range of field instrument products and solutions to various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, Metal & Mining, and Pulp & Paper.

Your Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify new business opportunities with existing or new customers within your assigned area

* Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business and needs

* Focus on Competitive displacement opportunities, OEM business, and end users located on the territory

* Develop and complete strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability in the agreed sales territory

* Actively promote and sell Field instrumentation offerings, including products, solutions, and services

* Negotiate with Customer relevant Business Contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority

* Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization

About You

* You are a great teammate, customer focused, ambitious sales person, passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity

* You are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems

* You possess technical education or bachelor's engineering degree and at least years of proven successful experience in technical sales roles within the process industry

* Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading, and writing) is required

* Willingness to travel up to % of the time Residence in Emilia Romagna region is preferred
