Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Orienta SPA, a benefit society with a branch in Florence, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative for a client company specializing in the commercialization of industrial and lighting electronic components.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing quotes upon client request;
  • Managing received orders in terms of prices and delivery times;
  • Entering client and order data into the company's management system, ensuring updates and sending confirmations in accordance with company guidelines;
  • Managing and analyzing samples using specialized software;
  • Providing pre- and post-sales assistance to assigned clients;
  • Increasing orders by proposing the purchase of our products to assigned clients directly at the sales office, upon indication and planning by the Sales Office Manager;
  • Compiling personalized special lists for clients;

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the role of commercial sales representative;
  • Desirable experience in companies in the electronics/mechanical sector;
  • Good knowledge of the English language, necessary to interact with foreign clients;
  • Good use of main computer tools;
  • Good communication skills, customer orientation, planning, and organization;
