Role Objective:
Reporting to the EMEA Chemical & Monitoring Solutions (CMS) Integrated Solutions Leader, the Integrated Solutions Engineer will be responsible for determining optimal solutions for the Company's integrated projects and collaborating with teams to oversee and manage these projects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
● Engage in assignments that involve developing group standards and guidelines, along with process design for chemical applications related to process equipment, dosing, monitoring, and digital solutions for integrated projects;
● Create preliminary designs based on rough sketches, verbal, or written descriptions;
● Produce process and instrumentation drawings as necessary;
● Prepare or secure preliminary estimates. Present designs, drawings, and estimates to the team for customer review and approval;
● Assist the Sales team in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of key projects. Design flow charts and relevant schedules to guarantee adherence to project timelines. Inspect ongoing projects and participate in the start-up of completed key projects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards set by contractors, suppliers, and trades personnel;
● Recommend new design systems and materials to be procured to align with business objectives. Investigate external contractors and obtain bids from qualified vendors;
● Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, assessing process control and instrumentation alternatives concerning suitability, cost, maintainability, reliability, future expandability, and compliance with Veolia standards;
● Educate the sales team on UF, RO, and EDI technologies;
● Act as a key liaison with ES technical support;
● Provide assistance or management, including start-up, as required by integrated project demands, including preparing operating procedures or manuals;
● Develop and implement training programs to support the sales team on management ES tools (Progen, Winflow, Proflex Config...);
● Serve as a bridge between CMS and ES to advise on the ES portfolio and provide solutions aligned with customer needs;
● Support validation and qualification calls as well as the sales process;
● Adhere to integrity and safety standards as mandated by VWTS policies;
● Travel approximately 30% of the time to client locations.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:
● Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
Professional Experience:
● Minimum of 5 years in similar roles;
● Strong experience in project design and management;
● Familiarity with the Water Industry and relevant technologies;
● Experience working cross-functionally and within a matrix environment;
● Proficient in CAD; background in Electrical & Control systems is preferred.
