Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Milan, Madrid, or Budapest. As a key member of our engineering department, you will provide technical support for electrical and instrumentation project execution related to water treatment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with international teams to design and implement electrical, instrumentation, and automation solutions for water treatment projects.
  • Support the preparation and review of engineering studies, design drawings, and documents.
  • Contribute to the development of electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, and installation plans.
  • Resolve engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
  • Check engineering documentation from outsourced engineering companies.
  • Write reports and compile data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
  • Assist in the preparation of specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
  • Evaluate technical bids and follow up with vendors.
  • Maintain and respect the engineering documentation schedule.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities to gain hands-on experience.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and a desire to contribute to the global effort to combat climate change.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of EU regulations and international standards related to electrical and automation systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for electrical design.
  • Previous internships or project experience in a related field is advantageous.
