Key Responsibilities
- **Design and Development**: Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution systems, for industrial plants.
- **Project Management**: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- **Technical Evaluation**: Evaluate technical proposals and quotations from vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- **Inspections and Testing**: Conduct inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical service, and internal departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Business Travel**: Travel to client sites, vendors' workshops, and other locations as required to support project execution.
Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in power distribution systems at engineering companies operating in the industrial plant design field.
- **Skills**: Electrical calculations, basic knowledge of electrical LV or MV switchboards, motors, transformers, drivers, cable sizing, and hazardous areas. Familiarity with IEC standards.
- **Language**: Good spoken and written English language skills.
- **IT Tools**: Proficiency in MS Office and Autocad.
- **Travel**: Availability to travel worldwide for technical meetings, site activities, and plant surveys.
