We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our FP&A team at DAB Pumps. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the monthly performance reporting process, ensuring transparency and clarity in our performance model, and developing financial analysis in Qlik Sense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the monthly process of performance reporting and release performance figures in Qlik
  • Secure transparency and clarity on performance model from end to end
  • Document the flow of data and calculations used in the performance model
  • Validate figures in the performance model back to the source
  • Drive evolution process of the performance model
  • Develop financial analysis in Qlik Sense
  • Drive the digitalization of performance reporting package, moving from presentation to fully digital reporting in Qlik Sense

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economy, Accounting, Finance Management or similar field
  • 5-10 years' experience in full value chain Financial Management
  • Fluent English, both verbally and writing
  • Willing to work in an international environment
  • Project oriented
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of ERP and BI system is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present data
