DAB PUMPS is seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Controller to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the performance model and group reporting processes within a dynamic and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly performance reporting cycle
  • Publish performance metrics using Qlik
  • Ensure comprehensive transparency and clarity throughout the performance model
  • Document the data flow and calculations utilized in the performance model
  • Verify performance figures against original data sources
  • Lead the enhancement of the performance model
  • Facilitate the development of financial analysis in Qlik Sense
  • Transition the performance reporting package from traditional presentations to fully digital formats in Qlik Sense

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance Management, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in comprehensive Financial Management
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Adaptable to working in an international setting
  • Project-oriented mindset
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with ERP and BI systems is essential
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively present data
