Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical demand data to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support demand planning and ensure alignment with business strategies
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in demand planning, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with demand planning software and ERP systems is a plus
