Responsibilities
  • Monitor the beauty market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities;
  • Develop and manage day-to-day execution of 360-degree product development, including launch strategy, costs estimation and monitoring, relation with external suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Train the sales team and external stakeholders on specific product features and benefits;
  • Guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets across multiple distribution channels;
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills, written and spoken;
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field, Economics, or Marketing (master's degree is a plus);
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint;
What We Offer
  • Paid internship at €800 per month for 6 months;
  • Company canteen included;
  • Full-time position with 30-minute input flexibility;
Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM / 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM; Total working hours: 38 hours per week (short week closed on Friday afternoon).
