This role offers a unique opportunity to support the marketing efforts of 24 Division I athletic teams at Villanova University.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for select fall, winter, and spring sports
  • Coordinate game day elements, including anthem performers, halftime and timeout performers, and color guard
  • Assist with game day operational responsibilities at football, men's basketball, women's basketball, and other assigned games
  • Create and execute a digital marketing plan, including email database development and social media graphics
  • Oversee and schedule the game day student volunteer program
  • Support student attendance and The Nation student fan group
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing
  • All duties and responsibilities must be completed in compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to learn
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for sports and marketing
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Team-oriented and willing to work irregular hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sports marketing experience at the professional or collegiate level
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop
  • Social Media Management
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:
  • Candidate must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and evening hours.
