The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying the right profile of advertisers, driving adoption of our mobile adtech platforms, and fostering lasting relationships with direct brands, media agencies, and ad network partners.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our company's presence worldwide, working closely with the CEO and C-level to define guidelines and roadmaps for the next years.
  • Generate leads, negotiate deal terms, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers, addressing their needs and providing services within their budget.
  • Represent MAF at industry conferences and events, participating in speaking opportunities.
  • Support Campaign Managers by monitoring advertisers' KPIs and providing insights to inform our product roadmap.
  • Integrate new partners within our platform and form long-term partnerships with strategic publishers and advertisers.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to identify trends in the mobile monetization and mobile advertising industry.
  • Synthesize and articulate client requirements and feedback to shape our product development.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in the digital and mobile industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and collaborate with others. You should have a good understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends, as well as analytical skills, including experience with Excel.

The office is based in Imola, BO, and we offer a competitive salary based on actual experience and knowledge.
