We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Logistics and Clinical Affairs team at Meditrial Europe Ltd. in Terni, Italy. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilitating the implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce-based management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics and Clinical Affairs team, including coordination of internal storage of correspondence and documents, preparation of packaging for document transmission, and scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce-based management platform, facilitating company invoicing processes and supporting clinical trial operations.
- Perform a variety of duties to assist the CRO team in conducting project tasks, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate office moves, new hire workspace, and maintain accurate records and files.
- Administer special projects as required and may order supplies for the office.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree, experience in the life science field, and proficiency in oral and written English. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to handle multiple competing priorities. Italian language skills are also desirable.
