**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team at Alpinestars. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the demand, service level, and inventory level through effective demand planning to reach budget objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the definition of the consolidated merchandise plan, taking into account the overall impact on forecast of new product introduction, go live dates, and phase out.
  • Certify the feasibility of the financial budget generating the overall company demand plan through business line planners.
  • Maintain a constant relationship with supply planning, sales, finance, and purchasing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.
  • Maintain and monitor sales and forecast vs budget feasibility, intervening to prevent discrepancies.
  • Drive and oversee master planning (aggregate finished product needs based on forecast, customer orders, production capacity).
  • Provide input to Supply Planning for finished products updated needs, monitoring inventory and proposing sales strategies on existing items, new product introductions, and product phase-outs.
  • Drive, measure, and monitor company service level, providing risk assessment and mitigation actions.

**Requirements**

  • Economic or Engineering education.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Market Product knowledge.
  • Inventory management.
  • Mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Dynamic personality, proactivity, and hands-on approach.
  • Analytical and communication skills, problem-solving.
