About the job

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to enhance our Accessory product offer through effective marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and activate marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Manage digital tools and IT projects to support marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

About you

  • University degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English, Italian, and German language skills.
