About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Automotive Auction Specialist in Italy. This newly created role will be based at our office in Padova.

At AutoProff, we are the emerging European leader in digital dealer-to-dealer trading. Our platform helps car dealers grow sales and improve profits from used car trading.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, working closely with Sales and Customer Support to ensure a seamless auction experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a point of reference for customers throughout the auction process
  • Ensure accurate and timely definition of auction prices and guaranteed prices
  • Daily monitor auction progress to optimize transactions on the platform
  • Collaborate with Digital Car Trading Specialists to achieve operational targets
  • Support customer complaints and manage them in coordination with various teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of the automotive market, including makes, models, and prices
  • Preferred background in the automotive industry or consulting firms specializing in this field
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • A systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with digital tools and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
