RINA is seeking a highly skilled IT System Engineer to join its team in Naples, Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage cloud and on-premise virtual IT infrastructures.
- Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Supervise IT assets and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Manage network equipment, including CISCO devices, and voice systems.
- Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and client security rules.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Expertise in MS AD, Exchange, cloud services (Office 365, Azure), and virtualization software (VMware).
- Knowledge of storage, backup, and restore solutions, as well as device security systems.
- Experience in managing network equipment and voice systems.
- Ability to manage teams, interface with management and operation personnel, and travel occasionally.
High School Diploma/GED.
