Salesforce Business Development Representative

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Italy. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities, managing inbound leads, and nurturing early-stage opportunities.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers and develop your skills in sales, account planning, and prospecting. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and excellence.
We are looking for an individual who is fluent in both English and Italian, has experience in business development, sales, or a related field, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
• Generate new business pipeline through outbound sales efforts
• Manage inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Italian languages
• Experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and quota attainment
