Permits and Licenses Manager

We are seeking an experienced Permits and Licenses Manager to join our team at HHLA PLT Italy S.r.l. as a key member of our project development team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the development of our project's permitting process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project development, design, and operational teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external partners, to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project permits and approvals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits and approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project permitting progress and any issues or concerns.
- Proven track record in project permitting and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
