Edison Next Government is seeking a Contract Coordinator - Gestione Appalti Pubblici to join our team in Trieste. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and monitoring subcontractors
  2. Managing internal operational resources
  3. Monitoring the efficiency of facilities to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction
  4. Identifying emergencies and prioritizing tasks to ensure essential services to users, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction
  5. Acting as a safety officer
  6. Identifying efficiency and functionality parameters to monitor facilities
  7. Keeping the Contract Manager informed about the efficiency of facilities
  8. Identifying technical characteristics of materials needed for maintenance, defining urgency and destination within the budget, and communicating them to the Procurement Office
  9. Completing documentation related to facilities
  10. Managing the phases of preventive maintenance activities

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Energy Engineering/Diploma as Industrial Technician
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the role, including in other public contract management contexts
  3. Knowledge of safety technical regulations
  4. Skills in electrical/mechanical fields
