**About the Role**
At ONYX TECHNOLOGY S.R.L., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
