About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our Fleet Strategic In-Life Partnerships and Programmes Team at Amazon Italia Transport Srl - E54. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, piloting, and rolling out innovative fleet programmes that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme ownership of a portfolio of services, including maintenance and repairs for Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)
  • Business development and vendor negotiations with OEMs, OEM dealerships, Fleet suppliers, and Fleet Management Companies
  • Leverage EU-wide rollout of services and their continuous improvement
  • Engagement with internal teams (international) and external stakeholders to drive business results
  • Identify business needs and create solutions to continuously improve our service offering
  • Conduct tendering and negotiation with suppliers to ensure best-in-class services
  • Build mechanisms to continuously re-evaluate and evolve our services based on customer feedback
  • Manage partnerships with suppliers responsible for delivering services
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between business, service providers, internal stakeholder teams, and senior leadership to achieve goals
  • Regularly update EU senior leadership on project status and key metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or any other project management certification
  • Experience dealing and managing 3P vendors
  • Delivery Station and/or Delivery Service Partner Experience
  • Relevant experience with fleet management, including service, maintenance, and repair
