Job Title: Supply Chain Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Performance Manager to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading the Performance Management team at our new Logistics Hub in Mantova.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Performance Management team and ensure effective team management and leadership.
  • Act as a deputy for 3PL Management colleagues in case of absence.
  • Work as the main point of contact for the adidas DC service team, including Interface Management teams.
  • Overall responsibility of all Performance Management/administrative tasks related to Campus South DC.
  • Operational forecast to optimize FC accuracy, supporting SLA achievement and minimizing cost impact.
  • DC service invoice approval and PO creation, approval, and maintenance.
  • KPI validation and communication, working closely with 3PL counterpart and adidas stakeholders.
  • SLA achievements and penalties; validate contractual SLAs with suppliers.
  • Reporting: accountability to ensure adidas standards are aligned with 3PL.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; Italian (will be an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Profound BI-tool knowledge (e.g. PowerBI).
  • First knowledge on warehousing and logistics processes gained.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal/external business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and end-to-end logistics/supply chain mindset.
  • Reliable working style with a high sense of accountability.
  • Min. 3 years progressive working experience within Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Leadership experience and development of teams would be ideal.
