As a key player in the FMCG sector, we are constantly seeking talented professionals to join our team and contribute to our success. We are currently looking for a skilled RGM Specialist to support our commercial activities in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing trade spend, volumes, and margins to inform strategic and business decisions
  • Providing guidance on trade and price, assortment, and product policies
  • Monitoring and processing internal data for commercial, financial, and strategic purposes
  • Contributing to the management of online/e-commerce channels
  • Collaborating with the RGM Global team on specific projects

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in trade marketing/RGM/business intelligence
  • Proven expertise and experience in RGM or Trade Marketing in a global FMCG organization
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
