Join Deoleo’s RGM Department
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented RGM Specialist to join our team in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Florence, Italy. As a key member of our RGM department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic trade spend analysis, market research, and commercial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing trade spend, volumes, and margins to support strategic and business decisions
- Providing guidelines on trade and price, assortment, and product policies
- Monitoring and processing internal data for commercial, financial, and strategic purposes
- Contributing to the management of online/e-commerce channels
- Collaborating with the RGM Global team on specific projects
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in trade marketing/RGM/business intelligence
- Proven expertise and wide-ranging experience in RGM or trade marketing in a global FMCG organization
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to translate market data into valuable information
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
