Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the industry.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the water treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

• MBA or advanced degree in project management or a related field.
• Professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
