About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead projects and tasks primarily in due diligence, regulatory compliance, and permitting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project strategy, oversight, and direction for due diligence, regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, and development/decommissioning projects.
  • Assess and draw conclusions from a wide range of real estate, engineering, construction, policy, planning, environmental, and business development considerations.
  • Review and prioritize risk-based mitigation recommendations covering a variety of technical topic areas.
  • Coordinate internal teams and manage relationships with consultants, external subject matter experts, and clients.
  • P presents information to clients, Ramboll staff, subconsultants, stakeholders, and leaders to drive alignment and strategic approach to site development or infrastructure projects.
  • Draw upon prior experience to provide advisory support to industry, government, and legal clients, helping them to achieve better, more sustainable outcomes.
  • Work on multiple projects and meet high-quality standards on project deliverables.
  • Take on leadership roles in supporting internal and external clients.

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in the performance of Phase I ESAs and EHS compliance assessment for various types of industrial facilities.
  • 12+ years' project or program management experience.
  • Experience managing site selection, feasibility assessments, and permitting of infrastructure and industrial or mission-critical properties, experience with development/decommissioning projects is a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills managing clients, projects, and staff.
  • Experience in multi-media compliance support.
  • Experience developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence projects, managing project budgets, and managing client communications.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs. 81/2008, BAT/BREF, ASTM standards.

You will be part of a successful team composed by engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability.
