Project Commissioning Manager

As a Project Commissioning Manager at KT - Kinetics Technology, you will be responsible for preparing and finalizing the commissioning strategy of the project, ensuring its implementation throughout the entire project life. You will work in coordination with the Construction Manager and the Project Management & Control Manager for specific topics requiring high expertise.
You will assure the preparation of project deliverables, their consistency with contract requirements, and their quality through a dedicated team. This will involve working with engineering centers located worldwide, ensuring that all documents meet the highest standards.
The Commissioning Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with commissioning costs within the assigned budget. Additionally, you will participate in project review meetings, hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies, constructability studies, and 3D model reviews.
You will interface with engineering departments, clients, and vendor representatives to execute the job. This includes finalizing the organization chart and mobilization plan for personnel and vendors, as well as assigning and defining duties among discipline superintendents and supervisors.
The Commissioning Manager will oversee all site activities, from pre-commissioning to performance testing, as requested in the contract through the Commissioning Superintendent. You will propose corrective actions to overcome upsets and delays at site to fulfill the overall project target.
Furthermore, you will organize technical training according to department standards and client requirements. You will also coordinate with the Project HSSE Manager for the Pre-Start-Up HSSE Survey and develop working relationships with client project management to enable a seamless handover.
Additional Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for approving vendor-supplied items (packages) Provisional Acceptance Certificate prior to the Site Manager for formal acceptance. Additionally, you will provide the Commissioning Final Report, including all observations related to the project concerning organization, manpower, and technical aspects.
You will also provide feedback to the Head of Department concerning problems arising from the implementation of methodology and work instructions to improve department effectiveness and efficiency. You will organize the most important observations in the form of instructions for improvement.
Finally, you will provide feedback to the Engineering Managers concerning technical problems arising in the field during the execution of activities, either related to design, quality of material, vendor packaged units, vendor assistance, and quality of construction.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in a related field. Fluency in English is also required, as well as availability for long periods abroad.
