We offer an attractive salary package with a competitive base salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our dynamic construction management team based in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading solar PV EPC projects from construction planning and establishment through commissioning, energization, and handover.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful on-site execution of solar PV EPC projects, including technical, environmental, and safety compliance, cost, quality, schedule, stakeholders' integration, logistics, and security.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external interfaces, including suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with all specifications and requirements, and report on construction and commissioning progress.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Team Leader to adopt, implement, and improve JUWI construction management standards and processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, or electrical) or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 4 years in managing large-scale solar PV plants, including grid connection.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of construction management tools, MS Project, MS Planner, MS Office, Autodesk BIM, Procore, and other industry-standard software.
  • Demonstrable experience in construction cost, schedule, risk, technical, and quality management.
