We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Quality Manager to join our team in Lodi, Italy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill quality requirements for manufactured materials, components, or products.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the proper implementation of the PFMEA process in Operations, building and maintaining infrastructure and systems necessary for timely delivery of quality products, reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods, conducting root cause analysis of issues related to production, participating in internal and external audits as a representative of operation quality, verifying implementation of corrective actions, and leading and planning skills and development of team members.
Requirements- Masters degree and above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related area preferred
- 5+ years of working experience
- Structured thinking, collaboration, result-oriented
- Strong leadership and people management experience, able to handle high work pressure and multitask
- Excellent ability to relate with different organizational levels from blue collar to top management
- Familiarity with High Voltage products; L6S Green Belt or above preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian
