Triumph International, a leading lingerie sector company with a global presence, is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Success Operations Specialist. This position plays a vital part in ensuring excellent service and high delivery performance for demanding consumers across more than 80 countries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and housekeeping exercises to maintain data integrity, resolve incomplete orders, and achieve a high delivery performance.
  • Regularly engage in troubleshooting to facilitate proper weekly Sell Out posting and submission of relevant documents before the Monthly Closure.
  • Learn and continuously improve month-end closing procedures.
  • Support stock take activities by serving as the primary contact for Customers and Sales Teams.
  • Analyze stock taking figures and reconcile them with Sales counterparts.
  • Post results in SAP.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for warehouse requirements and transportation support for all local matters.
  • Act as SPOC for Sales Teams and Customers to collect and negotiate Value-Added Service (VAS) needs, collaborating with warehouses on design and implementation of new VAS requirements.
  • Identify and resolve system failures.
  • Lead the team as SAP Key User and SPOC, actively providing training and support to new and existing team members for specific requirements or new functionalities.
About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with operations experience in multinational companies.
  • Experience working with large datasets, analyzing figures, and producing reports.
  • A strong focus on accuracy and methodology in executing operational tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a customer-centric approach, with a willingness to work in a cross-border team and with diverse cultures.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written; any additional language skills are an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel at an advanced level, Word), with experience in SAP (SD and BW module) and Salesforce (nice to have).
  • Availability for travel to attend trainings and meetings.
