Customer Experience Manager

At DSM, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Segrate, Italy. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a hybrid position, offering the perfect blend of remote and on-site work.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions, process orders, and monitor order flow to ensure seamless delivery. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to promote digital transformation and drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
