Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Italian Sales Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to deliver strategic objectives as outlined in the regional organisational sales plan.
  • Define the way Client Managers approach the market and determine targets they should achieve and strive to exceed.
  • Ensure that sales procedures and policies are implemented and followed.
  • Drive alignment to sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
  • Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.
  • Collaborate with account teams to leverage NTT capabilities and create a strong client satisfaction journey.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to assist Client Managers and all Sales Teams to set and keep to priority activities.
  • Take final responsibility for the update and accuracy of sales systems, sales reports, and sales forecast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/technology field or equivalent.
  • Extended relevant experience in similar roles within ICT Market (preferred system integration business).
  • Strong experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
  • Extended experience dealing with clients and engaging with different stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Able to work in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using sales tools as Salesforce.
  • Business acumen.
  • Strong capabilities in motivating people and managing complex negotiations.

Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
