Senior Business Development Manager for Italian Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Italian Sales Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to deliver strategic objectives as outlined in the regional organisational sales plan.
- Define the way Client Managers approach the market and determine targets they should achieve and strive to exceed.
- Ensure that sales procedures and policies are implemented and followed.
- Drive alignment to sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
- Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.
- Collaborate with account teams to leverage NTT capabilities and create a strong client satisfaction journey.
- Act as a coach and advisor to assist Client Managers and all Sales Teams to set and keep to priority activities.
- Take final responsibility for the update and accuracy of sales systems, sales reports, and sales forecast.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/technology field or equivalent.
- Extended relevant experience in similar roles within ICT Market (preferred system integration business).
- Strong experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
- Extended experience dealing with clients and engaging with different stakeholders and decision makers.
- Able to work in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in using sales tools as Salesforce.
- Business acumen.
- Strong capabilities in motivating people and managing complex negotiations.

Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
