Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior OEM Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our OEM business in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market strategies to drive OEM business growth in EMEA
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop customer success initiatives
  • Train and support onboarding of OEM sales teams and partners on WW OEM value proposition, GTM, and program capabilities
  • Promote awareness of OEM within the region and work with OEM sales to train commercial sales teams on OEM and OEM opportunity identification
  • Drive ABM campaigns for OEM-specific acquisition target accounts in the region jointly with sales

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in OEM environment, Lenovo product operations, product management, or related area
  • In-depth knowledge of OEM business model and Lenovo product, development, and backend processes
  • Able to manage an execution plan across a broad matrix of resources and organizations
  • Strong presentation, communication, and people relationship skills
  • Ability to motivate extended teams through change management as we build new capability

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
