About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Italian Sales Team at NTT DATA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a local sales strategy to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Define the approach for Client Managers to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure sales procedures and policies are implemented and followed.
  • Align sales and organisational strategies through operational plans and process improvements.
  • Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification.
  • Collaborate with account teams to leverage NTT capabilities and create strong client satisfaction journeys.
  • Coach and advise Client Managers and Sales Teams on priority activities.
  • Take final responsibility for sales systems, reports, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or technology field.
  • Extended experience in similar roles within the ICT Market, preferably system integration business.
  • Strong experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Extended experience dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using sales tools like Salesforce.
  • Business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
