About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Italian Sales Team at NTT DATA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a local sales strategy to deliver strategic objectives.
- Define the approach for Client Managers to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ensure sales procedures and policies are implemented and followed.
- Align sales and organisational strategies through operational plans and process improvements.
- Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification.
- Collaborate with account teams to leverage NTT capabilities and create strong client satisfaction journeys.
- Coach and advise Client Managers and Sales Teams on priority activities.
- Take final responsibility for sales systems, reports, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or technology field.
- Extended experience in similar roles within the ICT Market, preferably system integration business.
- Strong experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
- Extended experience dealing with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to work in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in using sales tools like Salesforce.
- Business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
