Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement a local sales strategy that aligns with the regional organisational sales plan.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with local VP Sales and decision makers to develop a local sales strategy that delivers strategic objectives.
- Define the approach the Client Managers will take to the market and determine the targets they should achieve.
- Ensure sales procedures and policies are implemented and followed.
- Drive alignment to sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.
- Collaborate with account teams to leverage NTT capabilities and create a strong client satisfaction journey.
- Act as a coach and advisor to assist Client Managers and the Sales Team in setting and achieving priority activities.
- Take final responsibility for the update and accuracy of sales systems, sales reports, and sales forecast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/technology field or equivalent.
- Extended relevant experience in similar roles within the ICT Market (preferably system integration business).
- Strong experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
- Extended experience dealing with clients and engaging with different stakeholders and decision makers.
- Able to work in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce.
- Business acumen.
- Strong capabilities in motivating people and managing complex negotiations.
