**What You Can Expect**:
Responsible for providing plan adjustments, strategic decision support and value added insights to business leaders within a business unit and/or country. Mentor and leads team of business partners.

**How You Create Impact**:

- Provides country/ BU business leaders with financial guidance to support business decision making in areas such as: business development, commercial pricing strategy, commercial growth strategy, sales channel optimization, working capital management, and capital related analysis and decisions
- Leads team completing L2 variance commentary for reports (i.e., “explaining the “why” behind variances)
- Reviews management reporting outputs with business stakeholders at applicable level (e.g., RGL, MBR, QFR, QLT, Close, Regional Reviews)
- Identifies additional ad-hoc reports and analysis based on information needs uncovered through business reviews; Review ad-hoc analysis completed by FP&A and iterate with business
- Reviews initial planning targets with business and aligns on adjustments based on business trends and local knowledge
- Reviews planning baselines with business and overlays adjustments based on business trends and local knowledge
- Reviews and finalizes long-range plan with business
- Continuously evaluates and shares business reporting/ planning needs with FP&A

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:

- B.S. in accounting/finance or related field required
- MBA/CFA preferred
- 8 plus years of experience in an analyst or accounting role, or 7- 8 years of experience with successful graduation from the ZB Finance Development Program and strong performance required.
