**Cosa stiamo cercando?**
Per la **Direzione Amministrazione e Finanza**, UniSR ricerca una risorsa che si occuperà di gestire i processi di sviluppo delle risorse umane di Ateneo.
Un'interessante opportunità per inserirsi in un contesto internazionale, dinamico e innovativo, con la grande possibilità di mettersi in gioco, incrementando competenze tecniche e relazionali.
**Principali attività**:
La risorsa entrerà a far parte del **Team Sviluppo HR **e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- partecipare ai processi di Talent Acquisition e Onboarding;
- analizzare i fabbisogni formativi interni, sviluppare piani di formazione per il personale dipendente e gestire il ciclo formativo: dalla progettazione all'erogazione dei corsi;
- promuovere lo sviluppo di strategie di employer branding;
- contribuire allo sviluppo di processi volti al miglioramento dell'engagement, del benessere e della soddisfazione delle risorse umane attraverso la valorizzazione delle loro competenze;
- effettuare analisi dei dati e curare la reportistica HR.
**Requisiti**:
- Titolo di studio pari o superiore alla laurea;
- una specializzazione e/o un master in HR saranno considerati un _plus_;
- esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo.
**Competenze tecniche**:
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- ottima padronanza del pacchetto office, in particolare di Excel;
- la conoscenza di programmi di analisi dati e reportistica sarà considerata _un plus_.
**Competenze trasversali**:
- flessibilità, precisione e attitudine al problem solving;
- propositività ed entusiasmo;
- ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e di ascolto;
- attitudine a lavorare in team.
