About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Italian Sales Team and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a local sales strategy that aligns with the regional organisational sales plan.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with local VP Sales and decision makers to develop a local sales strategy.
- Define the approach and targets for Client Managers.
- Implement sales procedures and policies.
- Align sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans.
- Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification.
- Collaborate with account team to leverage NTT capabilities.
- Act as a coach and advisor for Client Managers and Sales Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/technology field or equivalent.
- Extended relevant experience in similar role within ICT Market.
- Strong experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
- Able to work in multinational environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in using sales tools as Salesforce.
- Business acumen.
