About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Italian Sales Team and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a local sales strategy that aligns with the regional organisational sales plan.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with local VP Sales and decision makers to develop a local sales strategy.
  • Define the approach and targets for Client Managers.
  • Implement sales procedures and policies.
  • Align sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans.
  • Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification.
  • Collaborate with account team to leverage NTT capabilities.
  • Act as a coach and advisor for Client Managers and Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/technology field or equivalent.
  • Extended relevant experience in similar role within ICT Market.
  • Strong experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
  • Able to work in multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using sales tools as Salesforce.
  • Business acumen.
