We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Controller to join our team in Pistoia, Italy. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial results and monitoring the budgeting & forecast control cycle. Your expertise in identifying potential financial risk areas and implementing risk mitigating activities will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

About the Role
  • Analyze financial results and monitor the budgeting & forecast control cycle
  • Identify potential financial risk areas and implement risk mitigating activities
  • Work closely with the project management team on economic and financial activities
  • Participate in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing process in coordination with the finance and project management teams
  • Ensure all commercial and financial reporting on a monthly basis during project phases, signalizing issues and opportunities
  • Drive the optimization of project cash flow and revenues while maintaining the accuracy of the project balance sheet, income statement, and monthly/quarterly forecast
  • Coordinate all financial aspects of the project, including estimate at completion and related cost-to-complete, forecasted revenues and cash flow, and risk and opportunities assessments

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €65,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:
