Position SummaryQuality Inspection Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include conducting inspection protocols on components received by the Quality Department from both external vendors and internal production lines, adhering to established procedures within the VCARB F1 Team Quality Department.
You will ensure meticulous traceability of inspections performed on components, guaranteeing compliance with the guidelines set forth by the VCARB F1 Team Quality Department.
Additionally, you will manage Non-Conformities and Concession Requests identified internally, following the prescribed procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation of NCRs and CRs.
It is essential to communicate effectively regarding Non-Conformities and Concession Requests with relevant departments and external suppliers to ensure clarity and understanding.
Support will also be provided for investigations related to vehicle faults and inquiries from the Reliability Department, Design Office, and Race Team.
Furthermore, you will assist the Production Department with inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Lastly, you will oversee additional tasks assigned by the Head of Quality, providing feedback as necessary.
Professional ExpertiseKey competencies include:
- In-depth knowledge of precision mechanics.
- Proficiency with measurement instruments, including:
- Coordinate Measuring Machines (preferably Zeiss and/or Mitutoyo);
- Anthropomorphic Measuring Arms equipped with laser scanning heads (preferably using Polyworks software);
- Standard bench tools (micrometers, verniers, gauge blocks, roughness meters, hardness meters, etc.).
- Familiarity with automotive quality systems and protocols, including:
- Experience collaborating with external suppliers;
- Understanding of non-conformity management and traceability principles.

QualificationsPreferred qualifications include:
- Technical high school diploma.
- Up to 3 years of experience in motorsport or automotive sectors.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Preferred experience with materials and their treatments.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level preferred).
- Proactive and reactive mindset.
- High adaptability, willingness to work overtime and weekends, and effective stress management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, both domestically and internationally.
