We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team at GeekSoft Consulting. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving the client's online platform using SAP HCM Time Management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing high-quality support in Human Resources and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have a solid understanding of the SAP HCM solution architecture for Italy and expertise in the SAP HR Time Management module for Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and continuously improve the client's online platform using SAP HCM Time Management.
- Research and suggest new technology solutions following best practices and standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- A strong passion for providing high-quality support in Human Resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A solid understanding of the SAP HCM solution architecture for Italy and expertise in the SAP HR Time Management module for Italy.
- The ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in application maintenance, Employee Central Payroll, and Fiori is an advantage.
- 5-6 years of experience in SAP HR Time Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
