Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordination Specialist. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and support WMS-related tasks and responsibilities.
  • Define and follow up on action plans to achieve global/local WMS goals.
  • Monitor and benchmark WMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Service Level Agreements.
  • Oversee system deployments, implementing system developments and set-ups in collaboration with operations.
  • Provide support to operations on system setup and usage.
  • Implement and coordinate level 0 support for WMS systems, securing resources for related forums.
  • Critical issue coordination with service owners or IT Service Desk.
  • Contribute to the WMS budget process by providing necessary inputs.
  • Ensure support for global development projects, supporting group and market activities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest.
  • Maturity organization experience and ability to act within a global framework.
  • End-to-end orientation, applying analytical process-oriented thinking, including planning and maintaining work processes.
  • Analytical capability to translate business and customer needs into development initiatives.
  • Succesful project leadership or process management.
  • Collaborative mindset, building relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to identify needs and drive change within a multicultural, interdependent matrix environment.
  • Proven leadership in delivering business results and people development.
  • Coaching, mentorship, advisory, facilitation skills, conflict management, problem-solving experience.
  • Preferably 2-4 years working experience in leading positions in distribution, retail, logistics or similar.
  • Fluent English and Italian written and verbal.
  • University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is between €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
