About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing Process Engineering responsibilities and addressing the challenges posed by growing volumes and project complexity.

Your primary focus will be on managing increased workload demands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective maintenance protocols, and providing essential support for product development.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • You have proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
  • You possess technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods, including flow, layout, assembly, and production equipment.
  • You are a strong leader with the ability to drive change and streamline processes.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of process engineering, maintenance, and new product launch methodologies.
  • You possess excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • You possess an excellent level of English (C1).

What We Offer:

At Freudenberg, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
