Key Account Director

This is a senior leadership role at Tevapharm, responsible for defining customer and market strategies to achieve expected sales performance. The successful candidate will be working in a team of professionals located in Europe, Israel, and LATAM.
About the Job- Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Analyst to map the market and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build relationships and business with new clients in the relevant region assigned, ensuring meeting of KPIs and targets set.
- Increase win rate with clients.
- Routine follow-up on any sticky receivables with a view to maximize cash flow.
- Closely work with TAPI supply chain coordinators, product management team & CX team to ensure seamless commercial experience for customers.
- Regular travel to ensure top-of-mind awareness about Tevapharm by customers & ensure familiarity with the Tevapharm product basket.
- At least 10 years' experience in B2B Pharma API sales in Europe, preferably with experience in the US market.
- Pertinent professional education: Undergrad/Master of Science in Chemistry or related technical background; MBA preferable.
- Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and capabilities.
- Executive presence with proven ability to influence others.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic agility and business acumen.
The estimated salary range for this position is €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes international travel up to 50% as required. Additionally, Tevapharm offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
