Strategic Manufacturing Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Apply lean principles to eliminate waste in production processes and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Lead the production team to achieve operational goals.
  • Evaluate equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory management to ensure adequate raw materials and finished goods inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Project management experience with successful planning and execution of complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using manufacturing software SAP, LEAN.
  • Excellent level of English (C1).

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
