About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Contract Administrator to join our team at Lloyd's Register. As a key member of our Pre-Contract Global team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business objectives and KPIs of Global TSO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and process documentation/data/information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Deal with queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate.
  • Coach other team members, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
  • Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures, and budget constraints.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word, Outlook (as a minimum).
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work.
  • SAP knowledge in particular Business by Design; advantageous.
