The Role

You will be part of the HR and Administration Office in our Plant located in Pozzuolo Martesana, supporting the HR Plant Manager in daily HR activities. Your key responsibilities will include providing legal guidance to the HR Manager, managing hiring procedures, and supporting Line Managers in people lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on labor law and documents to the HR Manager.
  • Oversee the management of hiring procedures and related processes for EU and Non-EU secondments.
  • Support Line Managers in facilitating people lifecycle management.
  • Manage HR key processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, reward, career development, workforce planning, and budgeting, particularly for the workers population.
  • Be involved in full life cycle recruitment.
  • Manage HR-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in law or Business Management Studies.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, or labor consulting.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law, tax, social security, and contractual regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, precision, work organization, and deadline management, with a focus on confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and providing timely solutions, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Dynamic and proactive approach, with the ability to work under pressure in confidential or sensitive situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP HR, with a good knowledge of payroll software a plus.
  • Fluency in English and availability for international mobility.
