Role OverviewYou will be part of the HR&Administration Office in our Plant located in Pozzuolo Martesana (close to Milan) and you'll support the HR Plant Manager in the daily HR activities. Your main responsibilities will include providing legal guidance to the HR Manager, managing hiring procedures, and supporting Line Managers to facilitate people life cycle management.
Requirements- Master's degree in law or Business Management Studies;
- 2/3 years of experience as HR, HRAdministration or as labor consultant;
- Good knowledge of Labor Law, tax, social security and contractual regulations;
- Good analytical skills, precision, work organization and deadline management, confidentiality;
- Problem Solving, including being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner and ability to teamwork.
IT Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- SAP HR
- A good knowledge of a payroll software is a plus.
Languages
- Fluent in English
- Available to international mobility
