Job Title: Service Technician Team Leader for Calabria

At Siemens Gamesa, we are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and society. As a Service Technician Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines in the Calabria Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on wind turbine generators, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including HSE and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with local teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the electricity or mechanical industry as a trouble shooter.
  • Experience in wind industry is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work in high altitudes and travel to remote locations.
  • Basic English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driving license is a requirement.
